Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the USA on retail orders over $75. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes & after discounts are applied.

• Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and fulfill your order. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it will take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered based on the destination.
• We currently do not ship internationally. US only.
• We use eco friendly packaging paper.

Shipping Calculators:

We calculate shipping costs based on the weight and size of your package. All items are shipped from Maui, Hawai‘i.  Overnight shipping is not available due to time zone differences. Transit time within the US can range from 1-5 business days.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at aloha@mauiteashack.com within 48 hours of delivery along with a photo and order number to qualify for a replacement.
